With 30 years international business experience as a corporate leader, business owner and entrepreneur, as well as qualified executive coach and professional speaker, Caro understands the realities of business, understands what you are going through as a leader. Both the highs and also the lows, having experienced these first hand herself. With resilience, tenacity along with authenticity being as essential as professional acumen in achieving ongoing success.

Caro maintains one of her greatest career roles was acting as primary caregiver for her late parents. Uprooting her globe trotting life based in Sydney to return to Auckland for what was a harrowing, yet rewarding period learning to navigate the aged care system, seeing her leverage her considerable communication and leadership skills to ensure her parents achieved the necessary support as their health plummeted and their needs accelerated.

Like many in life, the further we move along our personal timelines the more challenges come up for us to grow and learn from. More recently in 2022 Caro saw a much loved health & wellness business implode due to the actions of her former trusted business partner, and then weeks later got her own shocking breast cancer diagnosis.

Off the back of a successful 12 months of active treatment and now enjoying being termed cancer free, Caro is on a mission to inspire others to embrace their lives, offering them a blueprint to follow, weaving resilience with joy so they are their authentic, dynamic, powerhouse selves in all areas of their lives!
