Starting with my Business Degree in Marketing, I entered the corporate arena in NZ, UK, and Australia, working for Multinationals both on Client, and Agency side on a variety of Blue Chip brands.

I pivoted into my own Marketing Consultancy, and Executive Coaching businesses in the early ‘naughties’ while living in Sydney for 18 years and working with talented people around the globe.

As well as setting up several eCommerce & Digital publishing businesses with my US, UK and Australian business partners, using Digital Marketing/Growth Hacking strategies.

I have front line experience in Corporate Management, being a Business Owner, and an Entrepreneur; and what the realities, pressures & rewards are of working in those environments.

With my return to NZ 2014 to act as primary caregiver for my late father, I was thrust into a situation where I had to juggle my globally targeted businesses, clients and team commitments, be available while working remotely and also caring for someone with chronic health issues.

I was facing ‘unprecedented’ before we all went next level into Lockdown situations from 2020, navigating what that meant for our professional lives, and overall sense of self and wellbeing.

Life decided to throw me more challenges, receiving a shock diagnosis of a ‘full monty’ version of Breast Cancer that saw me in active treatment for over 12 months.

Being inherently solutions oriented, knowing that resilience, clarity and consistency, framed by emotional intelligence are fundamentals to our success. That we all have the ability to thrive even when weighed down by seeming never ending adversity, I’m uniquely qualified to help Executives, Business Owners, and Entrepreneurs transform their results through authentic leadership so they enjoy unstoppable success!
